By accessing or using BotPopcorn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BotPopcorn is a platform for discovering, rating, and reviewing AI-generated entertainment content including movies, TV series, short films, and animated content. We aggregate publicly available information about AI-generated media and provide a community-driven review system.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google OAuth or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. User Content

By submitting reviews, ratings, or content submissions, you grant BotPopcorn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

You agree not to submit content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, or violates any law. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract data
  • Submit false, misleading, or spam content
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The BotPopcorn name, logo, and website design are the property of BotPopcorn. Video thumbnails and metadata are sourced from public APIs (YouTube, Vimeo) and remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

BotPopcorn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
